Welcome

Dear Colleagues,

Following the success of the previous annual meetings, on behalf of the Board of the EANS Section of Vascular Neurosurgery we invite you to participate in the 6th Annual EANS Vascular Section Meeting, which will again take place in Nice, France, on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th September.

Registration is now open!

The meeting is being held in conjunction with the annual ESMINT Congress. A joint EANS/ESMINT session, also featuring a number of prominent speakers from both Europe and the US, will be organised again and we encourage as many as possible of you to support and attend this joint meeting as well.

To provide a platform for as many as possible of our members to present their own work, the majority of the programme will therefore again be devoted to oral presentations of submitted abstracts and to plenary discussions.

Come and participate in a truly interdisciplinary platform for neurosurgeons, neurointerventionalists, neuroradiologists, neurologists, and others who are interested in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.

With best wishes,

Mika Niemela and Andreas Gruber, Vascular Section Meeting 2019 Co-Chairs
Peter Vajkoczy, Chair, EANS Section of Vascular Neurosurgery

Meeting Ethos

We have worked with the European Society of Minimally Invasive Neurological Therapy (ESMINT), to deliberately coincide the meeting with the ESMINT congress, allowing EANS attendees to have the opportunity of being present at both events. The joint day will feature keynote speakers and panel discussions.

We are focused on promoting and consolidating a truly interdisciplinary platform for neurosurgeons, neurointerventionalists, neuroradiologists, neurologists, and others who are interested in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
